I really enjoy both Coach Greg and Dr. Mike. Is that allowed!?! 😂 One has a major in Kinesiology, and the other a PHD in exercise science, and both have lots of great info they share regularly. What else do both have in common, they BOTH have social media personas. Dr. Mike didn’t always have his current “dirty” joke presentation style, and Greg didn’t always have the voice he uses on most videos. Dr. Mike used to be as serious as a heart attack in old videos, and I’m sure that didn’t appeal to the masses like his low brow humor now in his videos. Which I love and I think his videos are hilarious. It’s no different than Greg and his higher pitched voice that gets clicks and revenue to his brand. If that is why Dr. Mike calls Coach Greg two-faced, might want to find another reason or look in the mirror. Dr. Mike just doesn’t like to get challenged on his methods, especially by someone who he apparently thinks is beneath him. Is Coach Greg doing a video to critique the training of Dr. Mike or Jeff Nippard any different than Dr. Mike doing numerous critique videos destroying celebrity trainers and their methods? I don’t see a difference. Seems easier to go after some random celebrity trainers than what Greg does in his critiques of high profile social media influencers that he knows will punch back. Maybe there is more to the beef than a couple videos from the past, but seems like Dr. Mike can dish it out but can’t take it in this situation.

everyone can squat. its a basic movement pattern like walking or carrying something. unless youre disabled, you shoukd be able to train the squat too, and the barbell back squat is one of the best ways if not the best way to train that movement pattern 24.8.14

Idk dr Mike is kind of shady too. One of his guys went to victor black, studied and worked with him on the condition they were gonna work together promoting the black safer use info, then went to work for dr Mike instead and claimed all the info was invented by him. Victor black is the same guy that MPMD got all his info about telmasartran and had to shout out in a video after he took graphs and charts victor made and posted them on his channel and forgot to take blacks logo out. So I don’t really trust any of these UA-camrs. I think a lot of “influencers” are inherently narcissistic. They make content with the intention of being famous, it seems like the same dynamic of Hollywood. Dr Mike calling someone a liar after denying blatantly sniping content after getting caught red handed is a little hypocritical.
